OPPO Find X9 Pro: Hasselblad Signs A Unique Modular Professional Photo Kit
OPPO aims to turn its upcoming flagship into a true pocket camera. During the launch of the Find X9 Pro, the brand unveiled the Hasselblad Professional Imaging Kit, an array of modular accessories designed for photography and video enthusiasts.
The kit will be available starting October 16, coinciding with the release of the new Find X9 series.
OPPO Find X9 Pro: A Comprehensive Photo Kit by Hasselblad
The set includes four components:
- a Hasselblad teleconverter for ultra-precise optical zooms,
- a magnetic grip with a physical shutter,
- a magnetic protective case,
- and a professional shoulder strap.

Designed for content creators, the kit seeks to replicate the experience of a hybrid camera on a smartphone. The teleconverter, in particular, promises to enhance clarity and zoom flexibility while maintaining Hasselblad’s renowned image quality.
The ergonomic grip provides improved stability and more intuitive tactile control during shooting.

A 200-Megapixel Sensor and 4K Dolby Vision Video at 120 fps
The Find X9 Pro will be the first OPPO smartphone equipped with a Hasselblad 200-megapixel periscope lens (HP5 sensor). This module supports 4K recording at 120 frames per second in Dolby Vision, a first for the brand.
Together with the teleconverter, this setup promises unprecedented levels of zoom and precision, akin to that of a professional camera.
A Robust Technical Specification for Both Models
The Find X9 Pro features a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED display, a 7,500 mAh battery, and a top-tier camera setup:
- 200 megapixels (Hasselblad HP5 periscope telephoto lens)
- 50 megapixels (main sensor)
- 50 megapixels (ultra-wide)
- a 2-megapixel multispectral sensor for color and light management.

On the other hand, the standard Find X9 is also impressive. It comes with a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display, a Dimensity 9500 processor, and a 7,025 mAh battery (80 W wired, 50 W wireless). In terms of its photo capabilities, it includes a 50-megapixel LYT808, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a LYT600 periscope, and a 2-megapixel multispectral sensor.
The front camera is a discreet 32-megapixel lens located in a punch-hole design.
An Ambitious Modular Approach
OPPO promises that the standard Find X9 will also benefit from dedicated video accessories, although details have not yet been disclosed. With this Hasselblad kit, the Chinese manufacturer aims to attract professional creators, vloggers, and mobile photographers seeking an experience akin to a mirrorless camera without sacrificing portability.
