Moto X70 Air: Launch Scheduled for October 31, Pricing and Technical Specs Revealed
The Moto X70 Air will officially debut in China on October 31, with pre-orders already available on Lenovo Mall. This model is essentially the Chinese version of the upcoming Motorola Edge 70, set to launch globally on November 5.
Moto X70 Air: Variants and Pricing
The Moto X70 Air will be available in two configurations:
- 12 GB + 256 GB → 2,599 yuan (~ 315 euros)
- 12 GB + 512 GB → 2,899 yuan (~ 350 euros)
Three color options will be offered, all Pantone certified for accurate rendering: Gadget Grey, Lily Pad, and Bronze Green.
Technical Specifications
The Moto X70 Air features a 6.7-inch pOLED display with a 1.5K resolution (1,220 × 2,712 pixels), boasting a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. It is SGS Eye Care certified and includes an under-display fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, it is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, accompanied by LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The cooling system utilizes a 3D vapor chamber, and it runs on Android 16.
In terms of battery life, the smartphone is equipped with a 4,800 mAh battery supporting 68 W fast charging and 15 W wireless charging.

Triple 50-Megapixel Camera Setup
The Moto X70 Air boasts a symmetrical camera configuration:
- Main sensor: 50 megapixels (Samsung S5KGNJ)
- Ultra-wide: 50 megapixels
- Front camera: 50 megapixels
The device also supports 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, USB-C, and OTG functionality.
With an IP68 and IP69 rating, the X70 Air is resistant to both water and dust. Despite this, it features a sleek design measuring just 5.99 mm thick and weighing 159 g — a record for the brand.
Coming Soon: Global Motorola Edge 70
The international version, named Motorola Edge 70, is expected to be priced in Europe between €710 and €810, according to initial estimates.
