Just days before its official presentation, the Honor MagicPad 3 Pro is already making headlines. Set to be unveiled on October 17 in China alongside the Honor Magic 8 series, this new high-end tablet from Honor will be the world’s first to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.
According to a stunning leak, it has already set a record on the AnTuTu benchmark platform.
Honor MagicPad 3 Pro: A Historic AnTuTu Score
A Chinese tech blogger shared a screenshot of the AnTuTu score for the MagicPad 3 Pro: 4,302,345 points. This sets a new record for an Android tablet and demonstrates the impressive power of Qualcomm’s new flagship chip.
Performance details include:
- CPU: 1,186,224 points
- GPU: 1,478,194 points
- Memory: 582,575 points
- UX (User Experience): 1,055,352 points
This result confirms that the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 can achieve between 4.2 and 4.4 million points on AnTuTu, according to previous estimates.
In other words, the MagicPad 3 Pro far exceeds current tablets equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or high-end MediaTek Dimensity chips.
An Ambitious Technical Specification
The MagicPad 3 Pro is expected to feature a 13.3-inch LCD display with a 3.2K resolution (3,200 × 2,136 pixels) and a refresh rate of 165 Hz. This technical choice aims at demanding users, including gamers, creatives, and multimedia professionals.
