The Vivo X300 Pro arrives in Europe at €1,399 with Zeiss photo kit included

After a successful launch in China, the Vivo X300 Pro is finally making its way to the European market. This premium smartphone, focused on mobile photography, comes with a powerful configuration, an upscale design, and a slight difference from its Chinese counterpart: a smaller battery.

Vivo X300 Pro: A Global Version Almost Identical… Except for the Battery

Like the Vivo X300, the international version of the Vivo X300 Pro retains almost all of its original features, with one notable exception:

  • Chinese version: 6,510 mAh battery
  • European version: Reduced to 5,440 mAh

Despite this decrease in capacity, the fast charging capabilities remain unchanged with a wired power of 90W and 40W wireless charging.

The display still stands out as a true technological showcase: a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and ultra-thin bezels measuring 1.1mm.

High-End Performance by MediaTek

Under the hood, it features MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500— a 3nm chip designed to deliver flagship-level performance in gaming, AI tasks, and daily productivity.

The smartphone runs on Android 16, layered with the OriginOS 6 interface, and offers: 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage, stereo speakers, and dual IP68/IP69 certification for water and dust resistance.

An Impressive Zeiss Camera Module

Vivo X300 series

The standout feature of the Vivo X300 Pro is undoubtedly its Zeiss camera, designed to compete with the best camera phones on the market.

On the back, you’ll find:

  • Main camera: Sony LYT-828, 50 megapixels (1/1.28”, f/1.57, OIS)
  • Ultra-wide camera: Samsung JN1, 50 megapixels (1/2.76”)
  • Telephoto lens: Samsung HPB, 200 megapixels (1/1.4”) for ultra-detailed optical zoom

On the front, the 50-megapixel (Samsung JN1) selfie camera offers autofocus and 4K capture, making it ideal for creators and videographers.

A New Accessory: The Zeiss Photography Kit

Vivo X300 Pro Photographer Kit

A significant novelty for international markets, the Zeiss photography kit now accompanies the Vivo X300 Pro. This kit includes a 2.35x Zeiss telephoto lens that attaches directly to the main module, providing a photography experience akin to that of a professional camera.

This is the first time Vivo has exported this module outside of China, signifying its ambition to establish its mobile photography expertise globally.

Price and Availability

The Vivo X300 Pro is available in a single configuration: 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage priced at €1,399 in Europe. This price positions it directly against industry leaders, such as the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, Xiaomi 17 Ultra, and iPhone 17 Pro.

Vivo X300 Series New Teasers Pro

The Vivo X300 Pro remains an exceptional camera phone, designed for photography enthusiasts and demanding users. Despite a slightly reduced battery and a high price, it compensates with remarkable photo quality, premium construction, and a unique Zeiss ecosystem in the Android market.

In summary: a smartphone that transforms mobile photography into art… but one that is meant for those willing to pay a premium.
