Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro will arrive in Europe on October 30 in 4 colors
Following their presentation in China earlier this month, Vivo is set to launch the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro internationally on October 30.
These two new models represent a significant milestone for the brand, as they are the first Vivo smartphones equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor built on a 3nm process.
Vivo X300 & X300 Pro: Colors and Configurations Varying by Region
According to leaker Paras Guglani, the Vivo X300 will be globally available in Halo Pink, Iris Purple, Mist Blue, and Phantom Black, with configurations offering up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
The 1 TB version, reserved for China, will not be available elsewhere.
The Vivo X300 Pro will feature four finishes: Mist Blue, Phantom Black, Cloud White, and Dune Brown, also limited to a maximum of 512 GB of storage.
Availability will vary by market.
Specifications of the Vivo X300
The standard model features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED BOE Q10 Plus display with ultra-thin bezels (1.05 mm) and TÜV Eye Comfort certification.
In terms of photography, it boasts an impressive 200-megapixel Zeiss Super Main sensor (Samsung ISOCELL HPB), accompanied by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 50-megapixel Zeiss APO telephoto lens (3x optical zoom).
On the front, a 50-megapixel selfie camera completes the package, optimized for natural color rendering with Zeiss Natural Color.
Despite its slim profile of 7.95 mm and weight of 190 g, the Vivo X300 houses a 6,040 mAh battery and a V3+ NPU image processor, capable of recording 4K at 60 FPS with motion tracking and portrait capabilities without oversharpening.
Memory consists of LPDDR5X, with storage based on UFS 4.0.
Vivo X300 Pro: Bigger and More Powerful
The Pro version pushes boundaries with a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display, a resolution of 1,260 × 2,800, adaptive refresh rates ranging from 1 to 120 Hz, and record brightness levels.

- 200-megapixel telephoto lens,
- 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor,
- and a 50-megapixel front camera.
Under the hood: a 6,510 mAh battery with support for 90 W fast charging and 40 W wireless charging, all in a 7.99 mm thin chassis weighing 226 g.

With Zeiss sensors, outstanding battery life, and an aggressive pricing strategy, the Vivo X300 series directly competes with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and Pixel 10 Pro.
The global launch on October 30 in Barcelona is expected to confirm pricing for Europe and key Asia-Pacific markets.
