Realme Watch 5: An all-inclusive smartwatch with 14 days of battery life for only €70?
After a year-long absence from the smartwatch market, Realme makes a comeback with the Realme Watch 5, a model that has just quietly appeared on Amazon Germany.
While shipping will not start until November, the watch is already available for order.
Realme Watch 5: A Large, Bright AMOLED Display
The Realme Watch 5 features a rectangular 1.97-inch AMOLED display, with a resolution of 390 x 450 pixels, a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and a maximum brightness of 600 nits. This ensures excellent visibility outdoors.
With its 460 mAh battery, combined with a lightweight operating system (not Wear OS), the watch promises up to 14 days of battery life on a single charge.
Fitness, Health, and Over 100 Workout Modes
In terms of health features, the Realme Watch 5 checks almost all the boxes:
- 108 sports modes
- Continuous heart rate monitoring
- SpO2 measurement (blood oxygen level)
- Water resistance IP68
It also includes built-in GPS and GNSS, over 300 customizable watch faces, and supports NFC payments.
Inspired Design, Advanced Features
The design is reminiscent of the Apple Watch Ultra 2, with its sturdy case and familiar-looking straps. The watch is available in black and “Titanium Silver,” although it’s unclear if titanium is actually used in the materials.
A previous leak also mentioned features like:
- Bluetooth calling
- Bluetooth intercom mode (direct communication between two watches, without a phone)
- NFC access cards
- Built-in compass
Price and Availability
The Realme Watch 5 is priced at €70 in Germany, with delivery expected starting November 3, 2025. An official announcement could follow in the coming days.
With a large AMOLED screen, comprehensive sensors, native GPS, NFC capabilities, and two weeks of battery life for just €70, the Realme Watch 5 stands out as one of the best value-for-money options of the year. It remains to be seen if France will also be part of the launch.
