Demand for Data Center Measurement Solutions Drives Future Facilities’ Expansion
Web Hosting News – San Jose, CA – Future Facilities North America (Future Facilities NA), a leading provider of data center design and operational management software, today announced the expansion of its staff and the relocation of its headquarters to a significantly larger space to meet growing demand for its data center design and simulation software.
To help manage the growing workload, Future Facilities NA has appointed two new Application Engineers: Matt Green and Matt Renner. Both Mr. Green and Mr. Renner are graduates of Santa Clara University. Mr. Green received a BSME and MSME, and Mr. Renner received a BSME. In addition, Future Facilities NA has relocated its headquarters to 2055 Gateway Place, San Jose to meet the needs of its expanding staff and customer base throughout the United States and Canada.

Last month, Future Facilities announced its participation in Facebook’s Open Compute Project, whose mission is to form an open IT hardware and data center design community. By open-sourcing its 6SigmaViewer, Future Facilities will enable adoption of streamlined communication between suppliers and end-users and encourage innovation from IT hardware and data center manufacturers. In effect, 6SigmaOpenViewer is positioned to become a common language for the Open Compute community that will help to overcome the barriers to communication traditionally found in the data center industry.
